High rank vs low ranks
This thread is sooo gonna get closed super fast.... but its worth a try...
I feel that high ranks are put in a very bad light by all the recently PvP HoM Mad Rush muust get r6/g3 super super fast and its difficult because XXXX XXXX wont take me in their team to go hold halls whatever will i do zomg.....
I wanna make a suggestion.... could there be a universal shift in how this problem is viewed.....
I want people to think of it NOT as low ranked players NOT being accepted into high rank teams.....
but instead....
That high rank players DO NOT WANT TO JOIN the teams of low rank players.
as this instead suggests that instead of the high ranked players being elitist about who they take... to the fact that the low ranked teams have too small a chance of success for the high ranked player to justify spending time in their team?
As this is actually what happens.... high ranked players look through party search and see r4+, r7+, r6+ teams forming lameway of some kind, and think 'na, im gonna afk and make food whilst waiting for friends to log on'.
Just a suggestion to make us PvPers less hated please? we could even bring this WHOLE debate to a close? (omg im gonna get flamed for saying that)

Maybe they should come out with a new PvP title track for teaching. Your rank in it goes up as you spend more time playing with lower ranked teams and as they lvl up other PvP titles your teaching title goes up.
Of course, just like every title, players would game it so NVM.

Its not the "high ranks" that are put in a bad light. It is those who are unwilling to welcome new players into HA.
What PvE player is naive enough anyway to think they can get from r0 to the required rank in HA nowadays anyway? I would think they would be going for glad or zaishen titles instead.

It's his +1. Who cares?
You have a point.
But nowadays, said friends don't log on anymore therefore hypothetical "high rank" is forced to try a PUG. After one of two runs realising that as hard as the team will push for win, there's just not enough time in said "high rank's" hands and consequently leaves. The rest of the PUG also realise this and follow suit and also leave the team, subconsciously spreading the impression that the players are bad.
Vicious circle is vicious.

Truth is that there is less retards amongst higher ranked people than amongst lower ranked people.
Judging by your post, you're a part of that statistic.
As for ranks, I personally don't care but it's hard to find non-retard players nontheless. Try applying by fora and making solid posts explaining what you look for in a guild and why they should let you join. You may find a good guild then, but it's still hard.
